Made in our Livarot dairy, Livarot is a cheese with powerful aroma made from cow’s milk.
Tips
Storage: remove the vacuum packaging and keep refrigerated between +2°C and+8°C. Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
Cutting: Livarot is cut from the centre outwards.
A tip from the expert: pair the powerful flavour of Livarot cheese with the sweetness of pear and cumin jam.
