Roquefort PDO
Matured on wooden slats in the Caves de Baragnaudes, our Roquefort is an exceptional cheese with subtle aromas.
Tips
Storage: remove the vacuum packaging and keep refrigerated between +2°C and+8°C. Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
Cutting: Roquefort should be cut in a fan shape from the centre of the cut edge, since each guest must be given the same amount of blue and of rind.
A tip from the expert: to enhance the flavour of Roquefort, serve it with honey or chestnut cream.
